Community Testing

COVID-19 testing is available for those who are not showing symptoms. If you have COVID-19 symptoms, DO NOT wait for one of these events to get tested.  See a healthcare provider for testing.  Clinical Testing sites

Testing will help us understand what COVID-19 looks like in our community, and help prevent further outbreaks. Some people may not have symptoms at all. The only way to know for certain is to do a test.

See below for upcoming Lane County Public Health free testing events.
Additional events will be listed as they are confirmed.

We ask that you come to testing events only in your local area.

We also ask that you reserve the LatinX testing events for Spanish speaking families.  Lane County will have bilingual staff at those events.

Please bring your insurance card if you have insurance.  This test is free regardless of insurance status.

Lane County Public Health will follow-up with any individual with a positive test.  Those with negative test results will not be contacted and we are unable to provide verification of negative results to individuals.

FRONTLINE WORKER EVENTS

This event is an effort to determine the spread of COVID-19 in our frontline worker population.

The most recent frontline worker testing event was held on July 29.

Lane Events Center
Fairgrounds Parking Lot
796 W 13th Ave.
Eugene, OR

Lane County Public Health considers frontline workers to be individuals with public-facing jobs who have worked throughout the outbreak.

Examples include: grocery store workers, gas station attendants, customer service representatives, bus drivers, food and coffee servers, retail workers, or anyone who has a public-facing job but DOES NOT have access to ongoing testing.

These events are NOT designed to serve individuals who are already being regularly tested as part of their employment (examples include: many first responders, many healthcare workers, ).

Please bring your insurance card if you have insurance.  The test is free regardless of insurance status.
