The Housing And Community Services Agency of Lane County, commonly known as HACSA, is the public housing authority for the city of Eugene, the city of Springfield, and Lane County.

HACSA's primary mission is to provide affordable, decent, safe and sanitary housing to low and moderate income families and households.

HACSA's Board of Directors consists of the Lane County Board of County Commissioners plus Two Resident Commissioners.
