This division administers the Law Library in accordance with Oregon statutes. The Library provides legal reference materials and assistance to patrons. It serves attorneys, judges, litigants, and the general public. The Law Library is self-supporting from monies collected by the courts as part of civil litigation filing fees. These fees may only be used in support of Law Library operations.

The Law Library is now open again, after a brief closure in January for some work on our facility. We are observing our regular hours again, which are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
